Well, I've gone and bought another Jetta. This time it's a fully fledged '91 16v - so I won't have to do any engine swaps or interior trimming this time! (well, I hope not!)

It's not very pretty at the moment and needs some work (and parts) but I think it'll look fairly good once done. It's not a bad colour.

I'm back the the land of the Jettas (where I belong!)

And no... it's not going to be finished for any shows this year! lol

Thanks for taking a look at my progress thread...

My car is a 2002 VW Lupo 1.0E I have had it since December 2008 and I am in much love with it! I didn;t think I would end up adding any modifactions to the car, but some things don't last so where do I start?

Were does anyone start? Exhaust, smoothing, coulour codding, wheels, painted interior? Anywere?

My first Modifaction (if you can call it one) was painting my roof and wingmirrors both is White... I was happy with the work they had done ...

I have decided to put my new build thread here as i appreciate the comments of the users of this site a lot more than the local ones down here in Norwich.

My latest acquisition is a 1979 Florida blau mk1 golf.

Hey Guys and Gals

After a lot of crap last year, ive finally got round to starting off the work on my Oaky.

Bought off Andrew Terry last year and originally was going to keep as is, but, as with the rest of ya - its kinda hard to do that.

Ive put a couple of pics of it as it was when i first got her and once the daylight comes tomorrow ill get some as she is now, which isnt really a great deal different apart from a wheel swap....

Spec....

I have a set of genine 70's Recaros... originally from a 1971 BMW 2002.

From the pictures, you can see that they have seen MUCH better days, but are all complete with everything working.

Obviously they'll need re-trimming, etc. but would look great in a Mk1 Golf/Jetta/Scirroco, etc.

£125 and they're yours!

Cheers,

Giles

Right, bought this about 2 weeks before christmas, rather stupidly as i was fed up of having a crap head unit but now decided i like another head unit better, plus the extra christmas money will help nicely.

This headunit is in NEW condition, not a scratch anywhere on it and i have literally plugged it in (no wires cut) and listened to it for about a month, cost me £130 a month ago. spec from sony website is as follows
