this is the way i do it on here

  1. go to www.imageshack.us
  2. follow the onsreen instuctions
  3. once account is set up they will send you a confirmation email follow the link back to image shack
  4. go to my images (at this point save page to favorites so next time no need to log in )
  5. select upload image click on browse upload a j.peg (repeat as needed)
  6. open vuucult in another window
  7. toggle between two sites coping and pasting images from shack to cult
