mount the surrounds and the plates will clip in to them
you may have to redrill but i doubt it as the surrounds have multi holes

My rear plate was a nightmare to put on. The old screws were all crappy n rotten,so i couldn't unscrew them. I've just got it stuck on with them sticky pad things,seems to be holding it pretty good.
