well here is another quick update on audrey my daily driver (yes daily driver she is staying ,thanks for peps at the meet for there words of advice on her) , to show audreys happyness of being kept she has broken her alternator! so she no longer makes her on electric! lucky enough she is that old and does need much(no fuel injection etc) im able to keep her running until i put in a new or most likely second hand item.
on a happier note i have purchased her new rear seats , hope these will go with the planned front seats i have . looking forward to getting all these fitted and retrimmed when i finally take her off the road and revamp her Smile. i will be keeping all old interior parts as these are hens teeth to get and can then put her back to stanrdard if i ever wish

all your views are welcome!!! cheers

Matt... you shoudl have said... you could have had my Corrado interior before I sold the mk2!

Will look cool with that in the back... at least a Polo is slimmer than a Mk2 so these should fit in a lot better!

cheers for that gee but wanted a humped seat not the rare unhumped like yours, trial fitted them and cant believe how narrow the corrado rear bench is , should look cool and match the front seats Smile

the original seats will get trimmed like they are now cloth, and the raddo rear and fronts i have will be trimmed in some posh moo cow based trim, have been trying to gather two of every interior bit

Nice one mate. Loved Audrey when I saw her in the flesh for the first time at the recent meet. Really pleased to here that you're keeping her. Look forward to seeing the new interior fitted. Catch you soon.

well audrey as had a busy week, on tuesday she had her mot(the little sod never told me it was due on april 15th so have been driving around not knowing!!) the morning of the mot she was in my mates work shop having a couple of little bits

audrey only really needed brake pads and a light sorting out, the old fuse box was causing a few probs(copper wire not fuses Sad.)
anyway after also fitting normal plates she passed with no advisery notices too, this was after the mot person was picky and trying to find something wrong!!! good audrey Smile

heres some pics andy p took when he cleaned her the other day
