In about just over a week i'l be picking up my new toy:
A 1954 LHD Swedish import Oval beetle.
It has belonged to a friend of mine and i've watched him painstakingly
restore the floor pan and chassis to the point its at now, which is
better than new!
I can't claim to have done any of the work.

He has lost interest in the project and i nearly ripped his arm off when he put it up for sale!
Here is how it stands today:





As you can see, its solid as fook. Needs about half a days welding to get the shell finished off.
Its
had the roof caved in at some point - but the plan for the short term
is to sling a roofrack on. Long term plan is to get a golde ragtop cut
into it.
